Here is a standard training session for new comers:

12 Noon: Help set up the ring, to get a feel for it.

12:40: Everyone will under go an intensive warm up, including, cardio vascular work, stretching and body work.

A Break is then given.

2:00: Trainees are taken into the ring and with a select few wrestlers and the UCW trainer will be taught the basic bumps and moves. After this, throughout the day Trainees will step up into the ring and keep practicing the moves and bumps they have been taught.
